On Day 1 – January 20th, 2021, immediately after inauguration, President Biden signed his executive order extending the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to include sexual orientation and gender identity.
Critics note that the order paves the way for biological men to destroy women’s sports, be allowed in women’s locker rooms and restrooms, if they “identify” as female.
The order also opens the doors for employers to be sued if an employees aren’t allowed to cross dress in the office, or get fired for dressing unprofessionally.
This is a completely new, “woke” interpretation of the Civil Rights Act which was written to protect against discrimination on the basis of immutable characteristics – originally race, color, religion, sex, national origin.
