It took President Biden 4 days to pick up the phone and call Texas Governor Greg Abbott.
Sources say Governor Abbot was very appreciative for the call and thankful of Biden for his extraordinary insight into the “weather situation” which is apparently facing several parts of the country, as the Governor obviously had no idea about the millions of people suffering in his state.
Yes, this White House press release actually says that they spoke about “the severe winter weather situation facing central and southern parts of the United States, including Texas.”
